Nestled within this beautifully renovated stone farmhouse, an exclusive section spanning two levels and over 200m² has been designated for holiday rentals. As you enter through a separate entrance, you will find a spacious dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Seven generously-sized bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms, are also available for your comfort. Upstairs, a large living room offers ample space for relaxation, while outside, a stunning covered terrace overlooks the park adorned with ancient trees and an inviting swimming pool, ensuring a tranquil vacation experience. The park is furnished with outdoor seating and a barbecue for your convenience. Please note that the owners reside on-site in a separate area, and the entrance to the property and parking lot is shared.
