We offer two rooms that can accommodate 1 to 4 guests, with the possibility of accommodating 2 additional people. Our house is located 2 km away from the center of St Jean de Mauriennes, nestled on a southwest hillside with a commanding view of the city. From our location, you can enjoy magnificent views of the valleys of lArc and lArvan, as well as the picturesque Italian border. Situated on the renowned Route des Grands Cols, our house is an ideal stopover for cyclists and motorcyclists. Inside, you will find a cozy and inviting atmosphere with a visible wood skeleton, a charming mezzanine, a library, and a reading area. The chalet-like ambiance is enhanced by Catherine's personalized decoration, as she paints on wood. We also have a wooden terrace with an arbour and a private garage. Additionally, our location is just a 10-minute drive from the ski slopes of Sybelles.

Nous avons apprécié cette jolie maison dhôte, les propriétaires Catherine et Alain sont accueillants , sympathiques et attentionnés .
L'environnement est génial , la situation , sur les hauteurs de la vallée de la Maurienne , donc un panorama à couper le souffle.
L'intérieur est typique au chalet montagnard , avec une petite touche d'Alain , qui lui est Breton , donc nous avons droit à une décoration variée entre mer et montagne.
Nous avons passé 2 bonnes nuits au calme.
La salle de bain est spacieuse et très agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et fait maison . En effet Alain fait des confitures , elles sont super bonnes.
Nous avons pris un plaisir à les rencontrer.
Alors , vous voulez passer un super séjour en été ou en hiver et bien allez à la maison jaune chez Catherine et Alain.
Merci à vous deux , vous êtes authentique.

sur notre route en juin 2o14 à l aller de notre voyage pour Rome ; tres bon accueil chambre mignonnette pleine de de charme
maison accueillante bourrée d idées de decoration et le tout fait maison par les doigtes de fée de Catherine
petit dejeuner appetissant avec excellent salidou et la recette qui nous est parvenue par mail les jours suivants

Nous avons occupé les 2 chambres pendant 5 jours.
Accueil tout à fait exceptionnel de nos hôtes.Discrétion,disponibilité,propreté,confort et une extrême courtoisie ont jalonné ces 5 jours.
Très calme, douche et toilettes très propres.Literie parfaite.Wi-fi OK.
Petits déjeuners copieux et variés.
Vue panoramique sur la vallée de la Maurienne.
Idéal pour les cyclistes avec le garage.
Des problèmes ? Malheureusement, oui......les cols à escalader sont particulièrement difficiles !

Directions

To reach your destination, take exit N° 27 on Motorway A43. Once you have exited, follow the signs for "Vallée de l’Arvan, Col de la Croix de Fer" from St Jean de Maurienne. After passing the "Les Oulles" hamlet, turn right onto "route Pierre Parraz" and continue following the signs for "chambres d’hôtes/guest houses". Take the first road on your right, which is called "Le Panorama". The yellow house you are looking for will be the second one on your left.
