Welcome to a corner of paradise! Nestled within a typical Ardèche farmhouse, we present to you La Grange d'ArtDèche, a converted barn transformed into a charming loft for two. Available for rent from April to October 2022, this 50 m2 space combines contemporary artwork with trendy decor, all while maintaining its authentic charm.The loft features a kitchen area, sleeping quarters, a living room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Step out onto the large terrace, surrounded by a private garden and without any obstructions. Here, you can unwind and immerse yourself in the serene natural surroundings. Located at the rear of our restored farmhouse, the loft has its own entrance and offers complete privacy. It sits at the edge of the mountains and forest, along a rarely traveled path that is perfect for picturesque hikes. Additionally, it is conveniently situated near three rivers.
Inside, the loft boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, electric hob, and multifunction oven. The sleeping area features a comfortable 180 bed with breathtaking mountain views, and the living area includes a cozy sofa and satellite TV. The shower room is accompanied by a separate WC.
Just two minutes away, you'll find the village of Saint Martin de Valamas, situated at an altitude of 550m in the idyllic valley. The village offers all necessary amenities, including shops, bars, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, doctors, and a pharmacy. During July and August, there is also a supervised water area on-site.
Embark on cycling or walking adventures along the famous Dolce Via, which is accessible year-round. Within a 10-minute drive, you'll reach Le Cheylard, where you can enjoy a slide pool, dine at restaurants, and find supermarkets. Don't miss out on visiting traditional markets and exploring medieval villages in the area.
For nature enthusiasts, Saint Martial, located 15 minutes away, offers a splendid canoe swimming lake. Fishing, hiking, mushroom foraging, and more are easily accessible from our location.
Within a 30-minute drive, you can reach Mont Gerbier de Rush and Mont Mezenc, known for their stunning landscapes. Additionally, Antraigues, Puy en Velay, and Monastier sur Gazeille are all within a one-hour drive.
Experience tranquility, peace, serenity, and the beauty of nature at our loft. The rental price for two people is 79 euros per night, with a minimum stay of three nights. In July and August, the weekly rate is 520 euros, while in April, June, and September, it is 480 euros.
