Conveniently located in the heart of the village of Vaugneray, the house is just 200m away from shops, the TCL bus stop (providing a 30-minute journey to the heart of Lyon), and an associative cinema.
Inside the house, you will find 3 bedrooms, each offering the flexibility of two single beds or a double bed (160*200). The spacious living room includes a wood burning stove and a dining area, while the kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom features a bathtub, and there is also a large 50m² garage for parking two cars or for storage purposes.
Additionally, linen such as sheets and towels can be provided upon request. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the house.
