PEYMEINADE COTE D'AZUR (Alpes-Maritimes): This picturesque cottage offers 2/3 rooms and spans 46 m², comfortably accommodating up to 4 people. Nestled in the ground garden of a charming stone villa, guests will have access to a shared 4m x 10m pool, heated by sun panels. The property also boasts a beautiful and spacious 150 m² range, complete with sun umbrellas and cushions, surrounded by elegant marble stone balusters.The cottage features an independent private garden with an outdoor table and barbecue facilities. Located in a peaceful residential area, surrounded by pine and olive trees, it is the perfect destination for a relaxing holiday. The cottage is bright and sunny, offering views of a private 300 m² garden, fully independent and facing the southwest.
Situated in the hinterland north of Grasse Cannes, between the sea and the mountains, and close to Lake St Cassian (Var), guests will find themselves in an ideal location. The area offers a wide range of activities, including golf, horse riding, beach outings, lake activities, hiking, visits to Provencal villages, casino visits, cinema trips, festivals, and even the famous Marineland.
The cottage boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, 4-ring hob, fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine, microwave, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, and drying facilities. Upon request, a high chair and baby bath can be provided. The living room is furnished with a table and chairs, a sofa bed, television, and other necessary furniture. The bedroom features a comfortable 140 cm bed and wardrobe, while the second bedroom has bunk beds and a cupboard. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, vanity, and toilet.
Private parking is available on site, and a vehicle is required to fully enjoy the surrounding area.
