We have a stunning, fully furnished studio apartment with a size of 25m2. It comes complete with all the necessary amenities such as a TV, fridge, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, hydro-massage shower nozzle, towel dryer, gas hob, ventilation, and a spacious closet. The studio is brand new, with a completion date of March 2013.Our rental options are flexible, ranging from 1 night to a maximum of 4 months. Plus, our sliding scale pricing makes it up to 70% cheaper than staying in a hotel.
Located near a beautiful park and swimming pool, you'll have easy access to recreational activities. The bus stop is only 10 meters away, and you'll find a bakery, fruit and vegetable market, and butcher right on the street. Additionally, the city center and shops are just a short walk away.
Situated in the suburbs, you won't have to worry about parking or traffic. The A75 motorway, which connects to Paris and Montpellier, is only 2 km away. Parking is conveniently available right in front of the studio, and if you prefer, we offer the option to rent a garage for just 5 euros per day.
Riom is a mere 10 minutes away from Clermont Ferrand and 5 minutes from Chatel Guyon.
