Location: Situated on the roadside of the charming village of BUN, our house is conveniently positioned between the school and the church.Description: The ground floor features an entrance hall, a bathroom equipped with a bath, bidet, and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. Additional amenities include a freezer, cumulus, and washing machine. The living room is combined with a well-equipped kitchen that includes an oven, fridge, gas hob, electric iron, toaster, and microwave. The room also boasts a cozy fireplace, a TV, armchairs, and a sofa.
On the first level, you will find three bedrooms, one with two single beds, another with a 120 cm bed, and the third with a double bed of 140 cm and an additional 70 cm bed. Each bedroom has a door leading to an exterior gallery that overlooks the beautiful field with trees and a lush lawn.
The third level features two spacious attic rooms, both furnished with comfortable beds of 140 cm and a baby cot. There is also a separate toilet on this level. The house is well-insulated and heated with electricity.
Outside, you can enjoy the convenience of a barbecue and garden furniture, all within the safety of a fully enclosed and fenced grassy field with trees, spanning 900 square meters. The lodge offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and is conveniently located near a bakery, grocery store, and restaurant.
Leisure Discoveries: Your stay at our house places you at the gateway to Spain and the Pyrenees National Park West. With over 200 kilometers of marked trails for hiking, Val d'Azun is surrounded by majestic mountains, including the Pic du Midi Arrens and Balaïtous, reaching an impressive 3144 meters in height.
Fishing enthusiasts will find plenty of opportunities around the lakes d'Estaing, the Plaa de Prat, the Tech dam, and Suyen. For mountain biking enthusiasts, there are 400 kilometers of groomed trails to explore, including famous Tour de France stages like the Aubisque, Soulor, and Borders.
Other activities in the area include paragliding, hiking, and horseback riding. Nearby Argelès offers additional amenities such as a casino, swimming pool, cinema, and tennis courts. Lourdes is also within reach, featuring a golf course and the picturesque Open Borders of the collars, Couraduque, Spandelles, Soulor, and Aubisque.
