Experience a tranquil and serene stay at our independent studio located in a Zen garden. The studio boasts a spacious room with a large sofa bed for two, along with a 26m² living room featuring a dining area and a bathroom with a shower. Enjoy modern comforts such as internet and WiFi connectivity via a RJ45 cable. Convenient parking is available just outside the house.Our location is ideal for exploring the region, marked as "A" on the last photo. Whether you're visiting for an internship at the University Hospital (1.3 km or 2 tram stations away from Pellegrin) or simply want to explore Bordeaux's historic center (5 km from the quays), our bed and breakfast is perfectly situated. The airport is just 8 km away and our property is easily accessible via the new direct route of Avenue F. Mitterrand, situated between the ring and boulevards.
For your convenience, a tram stop is only 250 meters away, offering seamless transportation to the center of Bordeaux and its platforms, without the hassle of traffic or parking. Additionally, Velib rental fleet is available just 400 meters away at the tram stop "fountains arlac".
