Welcome to Augustin's large house, where you will find all the comforts needed for a group of 8 to 16 people. The spacious living room under the roof is perfect for gathering around a large dining table, and it also features two convertible sofas for additional sleeping arrangements. With 3 bathrooms, 3 fully equipped kitchens, 3 separate bedrooms, and 2 more convertible sofas, everyone will have their own space.The kitchens are stocked with everything you need, including a refrigerator with a freezer section, microwave oven, mini-oven, ceramic hob, kettles, coffee makers (electric and French press), teapots, complete crockery, kitchen equipment, and more. You will also find all the necessary utensils such as corkscrew, scissors, knives, cutting boards, serving dishes, oven dishes, salad bowls, cups, mugs, and more. There are 18 chairs available for dining.
The large living room offers two comfortable convertible sofas (140 × 190), two armchairs, a television with TNT channels, and a WI-FI connection. There is a table and six chairs, with an additional table available to create a larger dining area. Additionally, a school desk with games for children is provided.
Sleeping arrangements consist of 16 beds in total. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds (140 × 190), a bridal room with one double bed (140 × 190) and two single beds (90 × 190), as well as four double sofa beds. An extra bed is also available if needed.
Each bathroom is equipped with a shower (90 × 90), a sink, an individual water heater, a shelf, and a hairdryer. If you require additional amenities such as an iron, ironing board, cot, or an extra bed (80 × 190), simply let us know.
To make your stay even more convenient, we provide coffee, tea, sugar, coffee filters, dish soap, shower gel, soap, towels, and sheets. We also welcome animals to our accommodation.

The accommodation is located a 12-minute walk from Avignon center train station.
If you are arriving by car, you have the option to park at the Italiens car park and use the free shuttle bus to get close to the accommodation.
Another parking option is available at the Les Halles car park, which has a fee of 5 euros from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and 1.60 euros per hour for the rest of the day. This car park is only a 3-minute walk from the accommodation.
If you prefer to park elsewhere and drop off your luggage, you can take the route "Thiers," then turn right onto the rue "Paul Sain" until you reach the rue du "Portail Matheron." From there, you will only be 50 meters away from the accommodation.
