Our establishment caters to both families and motorbike enthusiasts, offering secure parking for all our guests, including a garage specifically designated for motorbikes.Adjacent to our orchard, our above ground pool provides an inviting oasis to cool off and relax after a day of exploration. Additionally, our covered terrace offers the perfect setting for alfresco dining or simply unwinding beneath it with a refreshing glass of wine or beer.
For those who delight in fishing, our fully stocked 1-acre lake teems with carp, bream, tench, and perch. Should you wish to partake in this activity, Chris will graciously lend you a fishing rod, allowing you to try your luck at catching the elusive big one.
Conveniently located just off the D357 and a mere 2 kilometers from the A81 motorway, our Bed and Breakfast is ideally positioned for touring this picturesque region or providing a restful stopover while journeying to other parts of France and Spain. No need to navigate lengthy and winding country lanes after a tiring trip.

Fantastic stop off!
This B and B is fantastic.....ideally situated if you are travelling south from the tunnel or the North France ports. The friendly welcome is matched by the quality of service and standard of food served in a marvellous location with superb grounds including a lake!

halte dépaysante chez Linda et Chris
nous avons passé une nuit chez Linda et Chris et nous n'avons pas été déçus par leur accueil très chaleureux. Notre chambre était spacieuse mais elle donnait sur la rue et était donc un peu bruyante (seul petit bémol). Piscine très agréable et disponible même après le dîner, jeux de société à disposition et petit déjeuner bon et copieux et Chris sert le petit déjeuner en dansant! Tout était propre et nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

We are conveniently located just a 30-minute drive west of Le Mans. You can find us at the crossroads of the D357 and D4 highways. If you're coming from the A81 motorway, it's just a quick 5-minute drive from one of the exits. For GPS users, our coordinates are 48-01-314 N 000-12-874 W. Alternatively, you can search for "Play in Charnie" and then "La Lune" to easily find our front door.
