Description:

Description for B&B:

Allow us to introduce ourselves: Annemieke van Balen and Joost Meulendijks. In the Netherlands, Annemieke worked as a handicrafts teacher while Joost pursued a career as an insurance agent.

However, a strong desire for adventure and a new way of life began to grow within us. Both of us possess a deep love for socializing and bringing joy to others. This led us to the idea of establishing "chambres d'hôtes" (bed and breakfast). We embarked on a quest to find a region that suited our preferences: unspoiled natural surroundings for hiking, opportunities for the winter season, and a place not overrun by tourists. After discovering Cantal in Auvergne, France, we knew we had found our ideal location. In December 1999, we purchased our "grange" (barn) and in May 2001, we officially launched our "chambres d'hôtes".

We are delighted to have taken this thrilling leap in our lives.

Appréciations pour Grange de La Bastide, Laveissiere:

Un coin de paradis !
Review by: Gadebois, Sep 10 2020 1:11PM
