Our rooms are situated either within our historic farmhouse or in a recently renovated outhouse adjacent to it. Each room features a comfortable double bed measuring either 160 cm or 180 cm, as well as a private bathroom. Two of our bedrooms are designed as "family rooms," perfect for accommodating 2 adults and 2 or 3 children. The rooms have been tastefully decorated with antique furnishings, while the bedding has been carefully selected to ensure a delightful and tranquil night's sleep. Additionally, we provide catering facilities in the rooms for your convenience, allowing you to enjoy tea or coffee at your leisure.Description for Gite
This gite can accommodate up to six guests and is situated in a separate building adjacent to our farmhouse. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with a kitchenette. Additionally, there is a spacious bedroom with an attached bathroom and toilet. Moving up to the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one featuring a comfortable double bed measuring 160 cm, while the other is equipped with two single beds measuring 90 cm each. Each bedroom on the first floor has its own private bathroom and toilet. If you're interested in exploring the surroundings, we also offer bike rentals.Reviews

Directions
To reach your destination, follow these travel directions:
- Start from Paris and head towards the Bordeaux-Nantes motorway.
- Once on the motorway, continue until you reach the Saint Arnoult toll.
- At the toll, take the direction towards Rennes-Le Mans.
- Keep driving until you reach the "la Ferté Bernard" exit.
- Take the Bellême direction in La Ferté Bernard and continue until you reach Saint Germain de la Coudre (D 36).
- In Saint Germain de la Coudre, take the Bellou Le Trichard direction.
- After approximately 4.5 km, you will come across a left turn indicated by a sign displaying "Lauseraie" among other farmhouse names.
- Turn left at this point and continue driving for 500 m to reach your destination.
