Located in the charming village of PLAZAC in Black Périgord, our holiday rental offers a delightful experience filled with gastronomy, castles, prehistory, museums, and other historical sites. The house is situated in the heart of this ancient village and offers great value for money, with prices ranging from 220 to 240 euros per week.

This very old and traditional house provides standard comfort and is spread across two floors. The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140 cm), a bathroom with a shower and wash-hand basin, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, you will find another charming bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). Additionally, the house offers a garage for bicycles and a small garden (not attached to the property).

For your convenience, the house is equipped with modern amenities such as a television, washing machine, gas stove, and a mini oven.

The village itself offers convenient amenities including a bakery, grocery store, and a bar. Just 2 km away, you can enjoy a variety of leisure activities at the center such as a 4-hectare lake, tennis courts, and swimming pools.
