This description is for a completely renovated apartment located on the first floor of a beautiful Gascon building, formerly the stables of a castle. The apartment respects traditional design while incorporating a sense of aesthetics and attention to comfort. It offers stunning views of the pool, fields, and woods, which are particularly breathtaking at sunset.

The apartment, measuring 80 square meters, is designed to accommodate 4 to 5 people. It features a balcony with direct access, a room with a double bed (160x200), and another room with two single beds (90x200). The bathroom includes a tub, shower, and a heated towel rail, while a separate toilet is also provided. The large and bright living room is divided into a dining area and a spacious lounge, which includes comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, TV, and a sofa bed.

The apartment's fully equipped kitchen boasts a large fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and dish towels. All necessary kitchen utensils and dishes are also provided. The dining area is an extension of the kitchen, creating a seamless flow for meals.

Guests have access to the expansive lake-shaped swimming pool, which is shared with other guests staying in the cottages.
