The house offers three comfortable bedrooms for your accommodation. The first bedroom is a suite, featuring a luxurious 160-sized bed, a private shower room, a separate WC, and a direct exit to the garden through a charming French window. The other two bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom and a separate WC. One of these bedrooms is furnished with a 140-sized bed, while the other has two 90-sized beds.
The living room-kitchen area is spacious and thoughtfully designed. It includes a stove with an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and even a fondue set, allowing you to prepare and enjoy meals with ease.
If preferred, each room can be rented separately, while still having access to the shared kitchen facilities.

To arrive at our house, take the A77 and exit at Nevers. Our house is situated to the north of the Loire, in the direction of Bérégovoy Hospital and Lycée Alain Colas.
