Come and experience the peaceful charm of our delightful countryside home in Lot-et-Garonne, located on the border of Perigord Agen. Immerse yourself in the rich history of the region by visiting our impressive castles and traditional houses, while indulging in the exquisite gastronomy and renowned wines such as Duras and Buzet. Our spacious cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests, with the additional option of a fully equipped Annex Chalet for 2 people, giving a total capacity of 13. Unwind and relax on our generous 45m² terrace, perfect for lounging and enjoying the stunning panoramic views. Take a refreshing dip in our above ground pool, measuring 6.80 x 3.70 x 1.10, and bask in the serene atmosphere.

Our Gîte has been approved by CLESVACANCES with a 3cls rating, recognizing its exceptional environment and amenities. The bathroom features a hydro massage shower, allowing you to fully indulge in the therapeutic benefits of water. On-site, you have the option of enjoying rejuvenating "well-being" massages at an additional cost. During the high season, our prices vary according to the number of occupants.

From our property, you have the opportunity to explore the picturesque surroundings by embarking on hiking or mountain biking adventures. Alternatively, within a short distance of 2km, you can indulge in fishing, golfing, tennis, or even horseback riding. Explore the Lot, d'Aiguillon, and Cahors regions by taking a leisurely boat ride on the baize or the Canal de Garonne. Our region is renowned for its gourmet foie gras and exceptional wines, which can be savored in the cellars of Buzet, Duras, Bergerac, and Saint Emilon. Please note that final cleaning is an additional cost, and upon arrival, a deposit will be required. Our cottage is open throughout the year, and our prices vary according to the season and the number of guests (excluding high season). Magnifique maison confortable avec vue sur la campagne. Très grande terrasse avec une immense table où on peut manger en famille. Lieu idéal pour un séjour de détente avec piscine privée. Très agréable séjour avec le chant des oiseaux. Super endroit pour découvrir les environs. L'hôte est très accueillante et arrangeante. Je recommande vivement ce gîte.
