Welcome to our charming gite with spacious living areas and an ideal orientation on three sides, allowing for plenty of natural light and beautiful views. With a total area of 65 m², including a lovely 9 m² loggia on the ground floor, this cozy home offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.Equipped with floor heating, you can enjoy a warm and pleasant environment throughout the year. Located at an altitude of 860m, you can expect breathtaking surroundings and a tranquil atmosphere.
Upon arrival, you will have your own private entrance on the ground floor, as well as a convenient private parking space. The living room features a dining area and a comfortable seating area, complete with a color TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, pine furniture, a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a fridge/freezer, electric hob, electric oven, toaster, and dishes for your convenience.
The gite offers sleeping arrangements for up to five guests. There is one bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140 cm) and another bedroom with three single beds (90 cm each). Both rooms are provided with cozy comforters and blankets for a restful sleep.
The bathroom features a sink, shower, and WC for your convenience.
Step out onto the 6 m² loggia and enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake and Embrun. It is the perfect spot to relax and unwind in the fresh mountain air.
Outside, you will find an outdoor area equipped with games for children, garden furniture, an individual barbecue, and ball games. There is something for everyone to enjoy in this peaceful setting.
