Excellent service provided. This independent gite, located near the owner's house, is on the ground floor and equipped with new air conditioning. It can accommodate two adults and does not allow pets. The cottage includes a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a TV lounge, a kitchen with a washing machine, an oven, and a microwave. It also has a shaded terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, a veranda with a wicker lounge, and a garden and a beautiful 8x4m pool (1.50m deep) that is shared with the owners. The property also offers secure parking and is conveniently located 200 meters away from all local businesses. Nearby attractions include Les Baux de Provence, Saint Remy de Provence, the Luberon, Arles, the Camargue, and the sea (35km away). The gite is situated in a quiet residential area and is fully equipped with a lounge and an open kitchen. Outside, there is a covered terrace with a barbecue, overlooking the tiled pool. The property also features olive trees, grass, and areas for swimming and sunbathing. There is automatic watering, a private parking area, and a safe. Sheets and towels are provided, and the beds are made for your arrival. Refreshments are also provided. Additional services such as cleaning can be arranged for an extra cost.
