Located in the heart of the Lot Valley, the Clôt de Roques estate is situated in the South-West region. It is conveniently close to the charming village of Casseneuil and the Bastide of Villeneuve-sur-Lot. The estate is uniquely positioned on the peninsula of the 3 rivers - Sône, Lède, and Lot - surrounded by picturesque 15th century houses, a church classified as a Historic Monument, and a beautiful green lane.

Spread across 8 hectares of land, the property is surrounded by lush fields and orchards. Horses and ponies graze peacefully on the grounds, alongside the restored farmhouse. Behind the farmhouse, there are four comfortable and cozy cottages, each with its own unique capacity and private setting.

Guests of the cottages have access to an enclosed aquatic area, featuring two swimming pools. One pool is heated, while the other offers a balneo space for relaxation. The cottages range in size from 40 to 75 square meters, ensuring ample space and comfort for all guests.

The main swimming pool measures 11mx5m and is heated according to the weather conditions. Additionally, there is a balneo swimming pool measuring 3mx6m and 1m deep, available for use from April to September.

In addition to the aquatic facilities, the estate offers various recreational activities. Guests can enjoy swings under the shade of the trees, a ping-pong table, a bowling alley, a volleyball and badminton court, as well as a soccer field.

We have four different gîtes available for you to choose from:

1. La Prairie: Perfect for 2 persons, this gîte offers a comfortable stay with a cozy double bed.

2. L'Olivier: Ideal for 4 persons, this gîte features two spacious rooms. One room contains a double bed, while the other room is equipped with two single beds.

3. Le Rosier: Accommodating up to 5 persons, this gîte offers two separate rooms. The first room has a comfortable double bed, and the second room is furnished with three single beds.

4. La Vigne: Suitable for groups of 6 persons, this gîte provides three rooms for your convenience. Two of the rooms are furnished with a double bed each, while the third room offers two single beds.
