Nestled in the breathtaking countryside on the border of Vienne and Charente, this delightful establishment is surrounded by fields, rivers, extensive walking tracks, and enchanting woodland, while still conveniently located just five minutes away from the historic town of Charroux, where all amenities can be found.Each of the three exquisitely furnished rooms at La Vieille Gorce boasts an en-suite bathroom, as well as tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, and complimentary WiFi. Additionally, guests can unwind and socialize in the shared salon/breakfast room, which is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave for added convenience.
Outside, amidst the stunning gardens, guests will discover a remarkable heated pool and a charming terraced area, ideal for basking in the warmth of the sun and enjoying moments of relaxation. For dinner, guests can either reserve a table at the excellent French restaurant Le Charlamagne in Charroux or opt for a delightful picnic amidst the tranquil garden, using their own supplies.

Directions
Situated conveniently close to the D4, around five kilometers away from Charroux in the Chatain direction (not in Asnois). It takes approximately one hour to reach us from Poitiers, Limoges, and Angouleme, and only 2.5 hours by TGV from Paris. The nearest train station is in Ruffec, approximately 30 minutes away, with St Saviol being just 15 minutes away. If you are traveling from the west coast and La Rochelle, it will take around 1.5 hours to reach us.
