We have two air-conditioned studios available, each approximately 26m2 in size and suitable for 2 people. These studios are located on the first floor and come with a terrace for your enjoyment. Inside, you will find a large room with French windows that overlook the terrace and pool. The bed measures 1.40 x 1.90 and there is a dining area with a table and chairs. The studios also feature a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge freezer, and hob. There is a shower, washbasin with vanity unit, and a separate toilet.From July 13th to August 23rd and in December, the weekly rate is €590. In April, May, June, and September, the weekly rate is €490, and from October to March, it is €460. For overnight stays, the rate ranges from €68 to €120, with a minimum stay of 3 nights except for July and August where only weekly stays are available. Charges are included in the price.
We also offer a ground floor flat called T2, which is approximately 40m2 in size and comes with a garden. This flat can accommodate up to 3 people. It features a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed measuring 1.40m x 1.90m. There is also a separate bedroom with a bed measuring 1.40m x 1.90m. The flat includes a shower room with a window and a separate toilet. All modern conveniences are provided.
The weekly rates for the T2 flat are as follows: €390 from October to April, €595 from May to June 12th, €695 from July 13th to August 23rd, €695 from August 24th to August 30th, and €595 in September.
Outside, on the ground floor, there is a table and chairs for your use. We also offer WiFi, parking, and access to the swimming pool from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm. Linen can be provided for an additional cost of €20 per week for sheets and pillowcases, and €8 for towels.
For long-term rentals, we offer special prices for extended stays. Lower rates are available for stays of multiple weeks, with a minimum of 3 weeks.
A deposit of 30% is required, with a minimum deposit of €170 and a cleaning fee of €35. City taxes of €0.83 per person per day apply.

A quelques pas de la mer, vous tomberez sous le charme de cette ravissante villa tenue impeccablement par ses propriétaires. L accueil et le confort méritent d être notés. Très agréable séjour.
magnifiques chambres d'hôtes
Villa au calme et tout proche de la mer. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes, les délicieux petits déjeuners (avec confitures maison !), le confort de la chambre, l'équipement de la cuisine (tout a été prévu pour le confort des vacanciers !), et le grand balcon sur lequel nous avons pu prendre nos repas.
Directions
Exit Highway BANDOL: If you are coming from Bandol Sanary-sur Mer and heading towards Six-Fours, continue along the sea. At the last roundabout, continue straight towards Coudouliere (or the Park of the Mediterranean or the Brusc).
As you approach Mount Corniche Solviou, you will have the sea on your right and a large wall on your left. On the top left, you will see a row of palm trees. Look for the sign "Residence of Cap d'Or" on the wall of a small building. Turn left at this sign and continue down the road until the end. Be cautious of speed bumps along the way.
Once you reach the fourth and last speed bump, you will see a sign for Astérie private property on your left. Look for a gate (house N°12) that is partially open. There is a bell on the left pillar for you to announce your arrival.
After settling your bags in the room, you can park your car around the villa. If you have a GPS, enter "Astérie" for directions.
