Situated near the main square, the house is nestled on a secure 400m² plot of well-maintained lawn.The ground floor of the house features a fully equipped dining kitchen, complete with an oven, grill, microwave, pressure cooker, and dishwasher. The bathroom includes a refreshing shower, toilet, and sink, while the laundry area offers a washing machine and ironing facilities. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed for two and a TV, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind.
For sleeping arrangements, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed, as well as two mezzanines. The first mezzanine includes a single sofa bed, while the second mezzanine offers a double bed. In total, the house can accommodate up to seven guests.
Outside, a spacious 30m² terrace awaits, complete with a barbecue and garden furniture sets, creating an ideal space for outdoor dining and relaxation. Additionally, there is a bicycle storage area for those who wish to explore the beautiful surroundings on two wheels.
