The dining room is well-equipped to comfortably seat 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, and all necessary kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery.On the first floor, there is an independent bedroom measuring 11m² with a double bed of 140 × 190, bedside tables, chest of drawers, and clothes rack. Additionally, there is a second independent bedroom measuring 15m² with a double bed of 140 × 190, bedside tables, storage cupboard, and wardrobe. The shower room includes a shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer.
The second floor features a spacious independent bedroom measuring 35m² with two single beds of 90 × 190, bedside tables, storage, and clothes rack. There is also a small living room with a table and sofa. Additionally, a cot can be provided if needed.
