Our house is situated in the heart of the village, in a peaceful residential area that is conveniently close to all shops and amenities. It provides easy access to expressways, allowing for convenient exploration of the historical and tourist sites across Normandy. This ideal location is just 7 km from downtown Caen and 6 km from the exhibition center.

Since 2004, we have been offering an independent apartment on the ground floor of our house. This apartment, which was formerly the village pharmacy, has recently undergone renovations. It is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, and the apartment also includes a dining room, a flat screen TV with TNT channels, a DVD player, a radio, a CD mini-chain, a washing machine, a library, board games, WiFi internet with excellent broadband quality, and an electric adapter for all countries.

The apartment features a charming half-buried bedroom with a spacious double bed (160x200, with recent bedding) to ensure a restful sleep. It also includes a wardrobe and storage space, as well as two bedside tables with lamps. The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed (140x200) that can accommodate an additional 2 people. The bathroom features a large shower, a sink, storage space, and a separate toilet.

Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture, deck chairs, and a charcoal barbecue. We also provide secure closed parking for your convenience.

All necessary shops are within a two-minute walk, and supermarkets are located 2 to 3 km away. The sea is easily accessible via the nearby expressway, just 18 km away.

Within a 50 km radius, there are numerous tourist sites to explore, including the landing beaches, Arromanches, Bayeux, Omaha Beach, Caen, Ouistreham, Courseulles, Cabourg, Deauville, Honfleur, Mont Saint-Michel, Étretat, the Pays d'Auge, Suisse Normande, Sainte-Mère-Église, Cotentin, and The Hague. There are also many opportunities for swimming, water sports, bungee jumping, amusement parks, zoos, forests, bowling, leisure activities, museums, and cultural experiences.

Our rental requires a minimum stay of 3 nights, except during school holidays, when mid-week stays are also available. The rental period does not need to be restricted to Saturday to Saturday, except during school holidays. Discounts are available for stays of two consecutive weeks, and long stays are possible during the low season.

We also offer the option to rent linen for both the bathroom and the house. Please inquire about rates for specific periods and the number of people.

Our gîte was originally the village pharmacy until the late 1980s. It has been transformed into a cozy accommodation that can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The villa features a small kitchen, a living room with a dining area and a comfortable sofa bed (135x200) for relaxation. It is equipped with a wardrobe, TV, DVD player, mini-stereo, and offers wireless internet access for entertainment. Guests can also enjoy various board games and reading materials provided. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 160x200 bed and a spacious cupboard for storage. The bathroom features a large shower, sink, and ample storage space. There are separate toilet facilities for added convenience. Outside, a terrace awaits with garden furniture, chairs, and a charcoal barbecue for delightful outdoor dining experiences. Private parking is available for guests' convenience.
