Welcome to Mas de Rey, a charming rural residential complex located near the historic Languedoc cathedral and market town of Uzès. As you enter through a picturesque avenue lined with cypresses and lavender, you will be captivated by the beauty of this traditional mas.The architecture of Mas de Rey showcases the typical Languedoc stone construction, featuring enchanting stairways, arches, courtyards, vaulted ceilings, and terraces. Spread across over 3 hectares (7.5 acres) of gardens, lawns, and woods, our property offers a serene and unspoiled environment that truly embodies the tranquility of the Languedoc region.
Within the mas, we have faithfully renovated four apartments and public areas in the local architectural style, creating an atmosphere of understated luxury, charm, and warmth. Each apartment is designed to provide a comfortable and inviting space for our guests.
The Renoir apartment is perfect for 2-3 guests, offering a spacious living/dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for a third person. All areas are connected to a private terrace. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, a 4-burner gas stove, an oven, and a microwave. The bathroom features a shower, a basin, and a toilet.
The Rodin apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and boasts a generous 160m2 of space. It includes spacious living and dining rooms, as well as a private terrace overlooking the grounds and pool. The apartment comprises three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms with two single beds each, sharing a second bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer, a 4-burner gas stove, and an oven.
Additionally, our guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in our large outdoor pool, adding to the pleasure of their stay at Mas de Rey.
