This ground floor studio is situated in a peaceful suburban residential area, tucked away in a quiet dead-end street. It is conveniently located just 1400 meters from the town hall and pedestrian shopping streets in the city center, making it easily accessible. Additionally, it is only 1000 meters away from the Leclerc shopping center and Grand Large.The studio is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette features a table, folding table, cupboards, electric cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, electric toaster, mixer, balance, household vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and all necessary kitchenware.
There is a cozy seating area with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people (sleeps 140), along with two stools and a table for lounging. You can also enjoy entertainment with the TNT television provided.
Internet access is available through the "wifi access visitors function - Service hotspot network orange." For more information on how to connect, please refer to the orange portal or visit http://www.orange-wifi.com/ and http://assistance.orange.fr/le-wifi-d-orange-2671.php.
The dining area offers a table and six chairs, as well as additional cupboards for storage. There is also a bar area with a shelf and bar for your convenience.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 140-sized bed, and the beds are made upon your arrival. A night table with an electric alarm clock and bedside lamp is provided, along with a wardrobe for your belongings.
The bathroom features a shower and sink, and there is a toilet within the bathroom.
Pets are welcome in this studio at no extra charge.
Outside, you can relax in the garden area with the provided garden furniture and charcoal barbecue iron.
