Welcome to our charming 40 m2 guest room with its own separate entrance. Located on the tranquil garden side, it ensures a peaceful and relaxing stay. The bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities for your comfort, and bath towels are thoughtfully provided. To ensure a pleasant environment for everyone, smoking is strictly prohibited in the room.

We offer free public parking and complimentary WIFI, so you can stay connected throughout your visit. The room features a comfortable double bed with fresh linens provided. For your convenience, we also provide a microwave oven, kettle, and coffee maker, allowing you to prepare simple meals or enjoy a hot beverage.

Relax and unwind in the cozy living room area, perfect for reading, watching TV, or simply enjoying some downtime. Please note that pets are not allowed in the room.
