Welcome to our fully equipped flat, situated in a charming XVIIIth century mansion in the heart of downtown Dijon. This ground-floor ecological studio has been beautifully renovated with traditional floor tiles and lime plaster.

The studio features a comfortable queen-size bed, high-speed Wifi, and a widescreen TV for your entertainment. The en-suite lavatory is equipped with a spacious shower for your convenience. In the kitchenette, you will find a dishwasher, a washing machine/tumble dryer, an oven, and other essential appliances.

To ensure your utmost comfort, we provide towels and sheets made of organic cotton. The flat can accommodate up to 2 people, making it an ideal choice for couples or solo travelers.

For your convenience, the rates for 2012 are as follows: €190 for a 2-night stay, €570 for a week-long visit, and €1850 for a month-long stay. Please note that a minimum of 2 nights is required for booking.

"Amiral Roussin" is also available for long-term rentals, providing you with the opportunity to experience the charm of Dijon for an extended period.

We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in the flat, and it is strictly a non-smoking apartment.
