This ground floor accommodation is bright and airy, recently decorated, and perfect for a comfortable stay. The open plan living area has double opening French windows leading to a patio area and a large, enclosed garden. The living area is well furnished with an extendable dining table and chairs, a 3-seater sofa, a comfortable armchair and wicker chair, CD Radio Cassette player, television with French and English stations, Video DVD player, and a selection of DVDs. The tiled floor is covered with throw rugs for added coziness.The well-equipped kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, and a breakfast table with stools. It is conveniently located to the left of the entrance hall, opposite the double glazed doors to the living room. There is a large window overlooking the parking area and garden to the front. The bathroom features a modern shower with a glazed door and a wash basin, with a separate toilet.
The bedrooms are comfortable and inviting. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside tables. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. Both bedrooms are carpeted. A cot and bed linen are available upon request.
Outside, there is garden furniture and a BBQ for enjoying the outdoor space. The accommodation also includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, rotary washing line in the garden, and a washing line in the garage. For entertainment, there is a volleyball and badminton net and rackets, as well as a selection of books, magazines, and board games. Shutters are available on all windows, and with gas central heating, this property is suitable for year-round stays.
The accommodation is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with parking available both outside and inside the gates. There is a large grassed area opposite the front gates for children to play. A local shop and bar are just 500m from the house, and there are good local restaurants, amenities, and attractions nearby, including horse riding, tennis, bike hire, water sports, and golf facilities. The area also offers plenty of interesting circuits for walking and cycling along quiet roads, and maps of the many droves and footpaths are available in the house.
The sandy beach at Hauteville-sur-Mer is just a few minutes' drive away, offering not only a beautiful beach but also a sailing school and a Sunday market during July and August, with a smaller market on Sundays the rest of the year. In nearby Agon-Coutainville, there are also opportunities for horse riding, beaches, a golf course, and a casino.
