THE BUIS is situated in the charming western suburbs of Paris, conveniently located near Versailles and the Rambouillet forest. This picturesque destination boasts a stunning park spanning 7000 m2, complete with a forest area adorned with ancient trees, meticulously maintained boxwood balls, topiary art, and paths bordered by fruit trees. A serene river meanders through the trees, nourished by a graceful waterfall. The park also features a spacious pool with an elegant statue and a delightful greenhouse showcasing hanging grape vines. Prepare to be enchanted by this truly magical place. Additionally, guests can indulge in leisure activities such as swimming in the beautiful pool, playing clay tennis on our weather-permitting courts, enjoying a game of petanque on the bowling green, exploring the charming courtyard, or experiencing the joy of the children's garden. An old barn adds to the romantic ambiance of this venue, leaving visitors with unforgettable memories.

Our rates include a delectable French breakfast, access to the pool along with pillows and towels, use of the clay tennis courts depending on weather conditions, golf balls for enthusiasts, unrestricted access to the park, forest, and all its hidden nooks, as well as access to the pool during fairs and the winter season.

Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is before 11 AM. To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit, which can be paid in cash or via bank transfer.

We offer three distinct rental spaces:
1. THE LOFT: This private, 160 m2 area accommodates 1-4 persons and can be accessed through a dedicated staircase. It features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be combined to form a double bed), a spacious living room with a television, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The flooring is warm and inviting, with a combination of wood, seagrass, and tiles.
2. The WHITE ROOM: Located on the first floor, this room offers a comfortable bed (160) and comes with a private bathroom, toilet, and TV.
3. The HOUSE: This independent unit includes two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two beds that can be combined), a cozy lounge area with a fireplace, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a TV.

The overall ambiance of our spaces is warm and inviting, with tasteful decor featuring natural materials in shades of moles, beige, and wood.

For your convenience, you can park your car or luxury collection in the courtyard of the town hall parking lot.
