On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds (120*190). There are also two bathrooms and additional water-closets. Central fuel-oil heating ensures comfort throughout the house.

The house is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, hifi stereo, telephone, and a library. Baby equipment is available upon request, and sheets can be rented.

Outside, guests can relax in the teak wood garden lounge, enjoy a barbecue, or let children play on the porch. Parking is available on the premises.
