This charming and conveniently located studio is nestled in the heart of Aix en Provence's historic center, which is a pedestrian area. Situated on the peaceful second floor overlooking a courtyard with a skylight, this studio offers an entrance leading to a living room with a kitchen area equipped with a fridge, microwave, and two ceramic hobs. The bathroom features a WC, sink, and shower. A double bed is located on the mezzanine, accessible by a ladder. The floor is adorned with beautiful tiles.

The building is situated on a lovely square called André Antonini, between Place Albertas, Place des 3 Ormeaux, and Place des Prêcheurs, in close proximity to the Town Hall. Everything you need is within walking distance, including a variety of restaurants, shops, bars, markets, and museums. Additionally, the Monopouvert, a grocery store open until midnight, is only 30 meters away.

The price per night includes all charges such as electricity, Wi-Fi, and tourist tax. From Monday to Thursday, the rate is 39 euros, and from Friday to Sunday it is 49 euros. A cleaning fee of 15 euros applies, and a minimum stay of 2 nights is required. The weekly rate is 290 euros, while for a month-long stay, the price is 650 euros. For a period of two or three months, the monthly rate is reduced to 590 euros.
