It also features an open kitchen, two spacious bedrooms (15 m2 and 22 m2) with comfortable Queen and King size beds, air conditioning, and an office area. Additionally, guests will find a separate toilet and a bathroom.

The apartment showcases traditional Tomettes flooring throughout and a fireplace in each room, adding to its charm. The high ceilings of 3.20 meters create a sense of spaciousness and tranquility.

Ideal for four guests, the apartment can accommodate up to six people by utilizing the convertible sofa in the living room. Rates start from 119 euros (Monday to Thursday) and increase to 149 euros (Friday to Sunday), including charges, sheets, and towels. Weekly stays are available for 780 euros, while monthly stays are priced at 2900 euros.

A cleaning fee of 45 euros is applicable regardless of the duration of the stay. Furthermore, a security deposit of 500 euros is required, which will be refunded at the end of the rental period.
