This gite is perfect for accommodating 4 to 5 individuals. The ground floor offers a cozy sitting room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a sofa armchair, dining table, chairs, fridge, gas hob, oven, and microwave. Moving upstairs, you will find a spacious double bedroom, a convenient shower room, and a separate toilet. On the second floor, there is a charming attic bedroom featuring three single beds.Outside, you can enjoy a fenced courtyard with a table, chairs, and a barbecue for delightful outdoor meals. Additionally, a barn is provided, equipped with a washing machine and an extra fridge. For your convenience, there is a designated car parking area available.
As an added bonus, just beyond the owner's garden wall, you will discover a large 10-meter by 5-meter swimming pool. Access to this pool is granted through a gate. The gite is situated in the peaceful hamlet of Goué, which is conveniently located next to the bustling market town of MANSLE. In Mansle, you can explore a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. Additionally, there are plenty of organized activities to partake in, such as canoeing, walking, archery, and more.

Directions
To reach Mansle easily, take the N10 road located between Ruffec and Angouleme. If you are approaching from the north (Ruffec), make a right turn at La Gagnarderie. On the other hand, if you are coming from the south, drive through Mansle and turn left after crossing the bridge onto the Fontenille road. After traveling 1 km, you will reach Goué. Take the first left onto a small lane and then make the first right into the courtyard area.
