Nestled on 14 acres of lush pasture and home to 20 magnificent horses, this idyllic retreat is just a 5-minute drive from the beach, downtown, and Cap d'Agde.The spacious 100 m2 cottage offers a delightful ground floor featuring a large living room and dining area with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, as well as complimentary internet WIFI. Step outside onto the fenced terrace, spanning 40 m2, where you can relax amidst the beautiful garden. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities such as a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and coffee maker. Additionally, there is a convenient toilet on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will find three cozy bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed (160) and two bedrooms with queen-size beds (140). The shared bathroom offers a refreshing shower. Private parking is available, and there is also the possibility of garage access. We provide all necessary linen, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

Directions
Exit the A9 motorway at exit 34 for AGDE. Take the direction towards AGDE-SETE for 11 km. At the roundabout, follow the sign for Grau d'Agde. At the second roundabout, take the direction towards SAINT VINCENT. After approximately 800 meters, you will find the road on your left, just around the corner from the restaurant BALUFFE THE RABBIT. Continue along this road for about 400 meters.
