If coming from the North, you should take exit 7 of the A83 and continue for 15km on the D137 towards Marans / La Rochelle. Once you reach Moreilles, you will come across a roundabout on a channel. After crossing the roundabout, drive 200m further and then take a left turn at the base of a cliff. The entrance to the property will be on your left, another 300m ahead.
If coming from the South, follow the D137 towards Nantes. You will pass through the towns of Marans and Sableau. Eventually, you will encounter the Chaille marshes. After leaving the village, drive for about 1.3 km and then make a right turn. The entrance to the property will be on your left, another 300m ahead.
