Situated between a picturesque park and a flowing river, this charming 19th century stone Charentaise house welcomes solo travelers, couples, families, and friends for a memorable weekend getaway or vacation, offering a timeless escape.Nestled within an untouched natural setting, La Demeure du Grand Moulin overlooks a sprawling 4,600 m2 wooded park teeming with a diverse range of species. Whether on the park or river side, guests can observe wood pigeons, doves, herons, kingfishers, cuckoos, finches, robins, and blue tits amidst the tranquil surroundings. In the early morning, one may even encounter squirrels, roe deer, and green collars. Occasionally, local cats can be found enjoying the serenity of the park.
La Demeure du Grand Moulin offers three spacious, luminous, and comfortable rooms. Each room, located on the ground floor or upstairs, is equipped with a private bathroom featuring a shower and toilet.
