Located 30 km from Perros-Guirec on the Lannion-Guingamp axis, this spacious and comfortable cottage is the perfect rental for your vacation. With a capacity of 12 people and 3 young children (up to 5 years), the cottage offers 5 rooms and a mezzanine with a sofa bed for 2. Attached to a renovated convent but completely independent, the cottage boasts a large garden of 2500 m2 and is situated in the quiet village center with nearby shops.

Equipped with modern appliances and offering ample space, this 3-star lodging is highly recommended by the Prefecture. The cottage is conveniently located near major attractions such as Lannion (22 km), the beaches of Perros-Guirec (25 km), Guingamp (13 km), Bégard (4 km) with its water park, and a charming small town.

The weekly rates in Euros are as follows:
- July/August: 990
- May/June/September: 790
- Rest of the year: 690

Please note that the official capacity of the house is 10 people (beds), but can accommodate up to 12 people with the use of the sofa bed. Beyond 12 people, there is a possibility of 3 additional beds on mattresses on the floor, available for free. Those using these mattresses are required to bring their own sheets (or sleeping bag) and towels. The maximum capacity should not exceed 15 people.

For groups of 12 to 15 people, there is an additional charge of 8 euros per person per day, in addition to the weekly price. A reservation deposit of 30% of the stay is also required.

Local tax is applicable from 1st to 30th September at a rate of 0.50 euros per person (aged 13 and above) per day.

Prices include bed linen and bathroom linen.

Outside of school holidays, the host is happy to welcome guests for weekend or short stays. The price for a weekend stay of 2 nights, based on 12 people, is 410 euros. Additional nights are available at a rate of 175 euros.

To get to Pédernec, you need to head towards Lannion from Guingamp, which is about 12 km away. The cottage is conveniently situated in the town center.
