We have a charming, fully equipped, air-conditioned studio available for you in the private and secure residence of "Village Viva". This peaceful oasis in Bas-du-Fort offers a large 10m pool, making it the perfect place to enjoy a dream vacation.Our studio is conveniently located near all amenities, including beaches and the "CORA" shopping center, which boasts over 33 shops, restaurants, bars, and even a golf sports facility.
Situated opposite the Marina Pointe-à-Pitre, separated by a tranquil inlet, our studio is on the first floor, providing beautiful views of the pool and the sea. In the evenings, you'll be captivated by the colorful light displays and have the opportunity to indulge in delicious fish broth at various restaurants, including our very own "La Route du Rhum".
Bas-du-Fort, also known as BDF, is located just outside Pointe-à-Pitre and takes its name from the magnificent Fort Fleur d'Épée, which overlooks the area. This place is famous for its panoramic views. BDF is a bustling tourist hub with numerous hotels stretching to the tip of the peninsula where Village Viva is situated. Along the roadside, you'll find a plethora of restaurants, bars, and clubs, ensuring a lively and vibrant atmosphere.
