LÉphémère is a cozy small house situated in a peaceful area to the east of Limoges city center. It is conveniently located near the La Borie university park, the International Office for Water, the Aurence landscaped park, and its municipal rose garden. Just a 10-minute walk from the city center and close to major roads, LÉphémère offers easy access to everything Limoges has to offer.Adjacent to the renowned Bernardaud porcelain factory, this guest house is completely separate from the owner's residence and overlooks a lovely garden where guests can enjoy their breakfast in nice weather. Parking is readily available on the quiet street, and public transportation (Line 8) is conveniently accessible.
The 35m² independent house of LÉphémère is exclusively dedicated to guests during their stay. It features a cozy living room, a kitchenette, a shower room, and a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140 x 190). The house is elegantly decorated and equipped with amenities such as an oven, kitchenware, TV, hairdryer, and free wifi.

Directions
The Maison dhôtes lEphémère can be found towards the northeast of Limoges city center. To get there, take the A20 and exit at Zone Nord. From there, follow the ring road in the direction of Poitiers-Angoulème. Once you reach the ring road, take the exit onto rue Edouard Michaud, and continue onto rue des Ruchoux. Then, make a right onto rue Michel Chevalier, followed by another right onto rue Brillat-Savarin. Finally, take a left onto Rue de la Borie.
