I have a private room for rent, measuring 13 square meters. It is conveniently situated just 10 minutes away from the Zoo de la Flèche and a 5-minute walk from the military prytanée. If you are interested in motorsports, the Bugatti circuit of the 24 Hours of Le Mans is only a 30-minute drive away. The room is part of a single-story house and has its own entrance, ensuring privacy. It also has a furnished and sunny terrace, perfect for relaxing. The house is located in a peaceful area of the city center, and there is a free parking space available. The bathroom and toilets are shared with other occupants. You can enjoy entertainment on a flat-screen TV provided in the room, and linen supplies are also included. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Additionally, breakfast is included in the rental.
