Our historic manor house, constructed in 1820, showcases the distinctive architectural style of the region, featuring a charming facade adorned with a delightful blend of bricks and pebbles. Having remained unoccupied for several years, we acquired this magnificent property in 2017 and have dedicated ourselves to reviving its youthful essence and enhancing its inherent beauty, while diligently preserving its natural charm.Upon entering the house, guests are welcomed to a spacious and inviting lounge area, thoughtfully furnished with an extensive collection of books for their pleasure. Additionally, our first bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor, offering ease of access and ensuring comfort.
Ascend to the first floor, and you will discover three exquisite suites, each exuding elegance and sophistication. Two of these splendid suites boast private terraces spanning 20m², presenting breathtaking garden views, while the third suite offers a balcony that also overlooks the enchanting gardens.
We take immense pride in our efforts to restore this historical gem, inviting you to indulge in the tranquil ambiance and immerse yourself in the captivating beauty of our meticulously preserved manor house.

Directions
To get to our guest house, start by taking exit 9 towards Moissac Castelsarrasin from the A62 motorway. At the roundabout, go for the 1st exit towards Castelsarrasin, following the yellow signs for Deviation Agen. Continue following these yellow signs until you see indications for Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Grave. As you enter the village, there will be a roundabout where you should take the 1st exit. Our guest house will be located on the right side.
