The house, ideally situated in the Black Perigord region, serves as a perfect starting point for various cultural and tourist excursions.

For those seeking a bed and breakfast experience, three rooms are available, each equipped with its own bathroom and hairdryer. Guests can also reserve dinner in advance. The house features its own sunlit swimming pool, accompanied by a terrace and poolhouse, providing a shaded area for relaxation. The enclosed garden spans an impressive 5000m² and offers several terraces for lounging.

Alternatively, the entire house can be rented, accommodating up to 7 people (plus a child). The spacious and bright living room with an open kitchen is complemented by a library lounge, television, DVD player, and toys. Each of the three bedrooms boasts hotel-quality beds and unique decor, with three full bathrooms available. This option is ideal for families or couples.

Bedroom 1 includes a double bed (1.60m) and a single bed, while Bedroom 2 offers the choice between a king-sized bed (1.80m) or two single beds. Bedroom 3 features a double bed (1.60m). Please note that the house is not suitable for children under 12.

Additionally, there is a separate cottage adjacent to the main house, accommodating up to 4 people (plus a baby). This modern and fully equipped cottage includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a loft bedroom with a double bed (1.60m), two single beds, and a crib.

The rental includes electricity, water, end-of-stay maintenance, as well as pool and garden maintenance. Free WiFi is available, and bed linen and towels are provided, with the beds made upon arrival. There are no additional charges, and unfortunately, pets are not accepted.
