There is a 13 m² bedroom with a king-size bed that can be separated into two twin beds upon request, and a 14 m² bedroom with two twin beds. Bed linens are provided and included in the rental price, and feather beds are provided on the beds. The bathroom has a spacious shower, and there is a separate toilet.

The house is conveniently located 45 km from Bordeaux, 15 km from Sauternes, 35 km from St Emilion, 80 km from Arcachon, and 90 km from the ocean. There is a free tennis court available 100 m away, and a swimming pool 5 km away. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a golf course located 15 km away.

This cozy property features 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a living room, a dining room, 1 bathroom, and 1 separate toilet. With an area of 83 m2 / 914 sqft and a garden of 300 sqm / 3227 sqft, you'll have plenty of space to relax and enjoy your surroundings.

Our holiday home has an official 3-star tourist ranking and has been furnished with your comfort in mind. It was originally constructed in 1650 and underwent a renovation in 2004.

Inside, you'll find all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The bedding includes 1 sofabed and 4 twin beds. We provide a dishwasher, washing machine, and linen for your convenience. Directions

Here are the revised travel directions:

1. Start at Bordeaux and take the ring road and the motorway towards Toulouse and Agen (Interchange 19).
2. On the highway towards Toulouse, take the first exit after the toll for Podensac and CADILLAC.
3. After the exit, turn right onto the first road towards CERON and CADILLAC.
4. Continue straight on CADILLAC road.
5. After crossing the bridge over the Garonne, take a right onto June 10 D. At the roundabout, continue towards CADILLAC for 200 meters.
6. Stay on this road towards Sainte Croix du Mont.
7. In the village of Sainte Croix du Mont, turn left towards Gabarnac.
8. Continue on this road for approximately 3 km, ignoring the signs for Gabarnac on the left. You will reach the village entrance sign for GABARNAC. Look for the first house on the right after this sign. There is an avenue of trees, two main buildings, and a sign that says "Clévacances" on the mailbox. The town hall is located 100 meters in front of the house.
