Located in the peaceful hamlet of St Pardoux, just a stone's throw away from Tour d'Auvergne and its array of amenities including a mini market, bakery, butcher, tobacco/newspaper shop, bars, restaurants, garage/service station, medical office, pharmacy, bank, and local producers of cold cuts and cheeses, this spacious 84m² house is available for weekly rental. Situated at an altitude of 1100m, the house offers accommodation for 6-8 people and boasts stunning views of the church, as well as the Cantal and Sancy mountains.Nearby attractions include a swimming lake, just 600m away and awarded the Blue Flag for its cleanliness. For those seeking winter activities, there are several ski resorts in close proximity, such as LA STELE (5 min), CHASTREIX SANCY (10 min), MONT DORE (25 min), and SUPER BESSE (30 min), offering alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, and even dog sledding. Additionally, there are spa towns nearby, including LA BOURBOULE (15 min) and MONT DORE (20 min), perfect for relaxation.
The ground floor of the house features a spacious living room with a large table and benches, as well as a cantou equipped with cupboards and a wardrobe for storing jackets and ski suits. There is also a designated area for ski storage. The living room includes a lounge area with a 92cm LCD TV, a convertible corner sofa that can accommodate an additional 2 people, a bench seat, and a coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample storage space and is furnished with a 200L fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven, and dishwasher. Crockery is provided. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a washbasin on a cupboard with two drawers and a shower, as well as a separate toilet.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with a double bed (140x190 cm) each, and one bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm). Mattresses, pillows, and duvets are provided, but guests need to bring their own bed linen. Each bedroom has its own wardrobe, and there is an additional separate toilet.
This non-smoking chalet welcomes pets, subject to certain conditions.
The rental prices are as follows:
- High season: 550 Euros per week. This includes Christmas, February/March (school holidays), and July/August (school holidays).
- Mid-season: 450 Euros per week. This applies to May/June and September.
- Low season: 350 Euros per week. This applies to the rest of the year.
- For weekend stays of 2 nights or more (during the off-season), the price is 250 Euros.
- A special spa package is available for 800 Euros for a 3-week stay.
- A tourist tax of 0.7 Euros per person per day applies, with children under 18 being exempted.
