We offer the rental of 5 cozy gites, suitable for 2 to 8 people, each featuring a comfortable bedroom on the 1st floor. All our gites are equipped with a fully functional kitchenette, electrical heating, additional sofa-beds in the living area, and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Nestled within a beautifully restored farmhouse, our property boasts a spacious garden and a refreshing swimming pool. We warmly welcome groups and our staff is fluent in English.

Situated along the picturesque "canal lateral," which stretches from the Mediterranean Sea (canal du midi) to near Bordeaux (canal latéral), Les Messauts offers an idyllic setting amidst renowned vineyards, enchanting chateaux, medieval towns, historic landmarks, museums, and stunning gardens. Le domaine est grand et peut accueillir beaucoup de personnes. Idéal pour fête familiale, anniversaires, etc...

Directions

To reach "Les Messauts", follow these travel directions:
- If you are coming from the A62 (Bordeaux - Toulouse) highway, take exit number 4 towards La Réole.
- Continue on the D9 road towards La Réole for approximately 3.5 km.
- After 3.5 km, make a left turn onto the D224 road towards Loupiac de la Réole and Blaignac.
- After passing Loupiac, continue straight for 500 meters and then make a right turn onto the D224 road.
- Upon reaching Blaignac, make a right turn just before the church.
- Follow the signs that say "Les Messauts - gites".
- When you arrive at the canal, you will see Domaine Les Messauts on the other side. Make a left turn, then a right turn over the bridge, and immediately after the bridge, make another right turn.
