This cozy apartment offers a single double room for your accommodation. The room is adorned with Venetian stucco walls and a hint of ethnic charm. It is tastefully simple and discreet, featuring a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. The windows overlook the interior courtyard and are in need of renovation.

If you are traveling with a small child, a cot is available for your convenience. The owner also offers a babysitting service, allowing you to enjoy the wonders of Paris by night! Additionally, you will have free internet access and the ability to make calls to landline phones worldwide.

Within the room, you will find complimentary coffee, teas, and herbal teas for your enjoyment. Small dogs are also welcome in this accommodation.

Your host will be an Italian-American lady with three children (born in 1997, 2002, and 2004). Breakfast will be served at the family table, either with or without the family, depending on the schedule. French and Italian are spoken at home, and the owner is fluent in English and can communicate in German as well.
