Located in the heart of Berria village, our establishment is a former silk factory that serves as the perfect starting point for exploring the untamed beauty of Ardeche. Situated in close proximity to the stunning Gorges of the Ardeche, where canoe and kayak adventures begin, as well as the enchanting woodlands of Païolive, equestrian centers, and various hiking and mountain biking trails, our location offers an array of thrilling activities including quad karting and rock climbing.

Our accommodation consists of four charming rooms and one suite, each featuring a private bathroom and toilet, a comfortable king-size bed, air-conditioning, and a 56 cm LCD TV. Additionally, we provide a lounge area equipped with a pool table, a spacious television, complimentary wifi, and various games for entertainment. Guests can also enjoy our refreshing pool and indulge in a delightful and cozy breakfast, which can be reserved in advance. Moreover, we offer a room suitable for accommodating up to four individuals.
