This charming building dates back partially to the 15th and 18th centuries and is situated in the heart of Chalonnes-sur-Loire, a UNESCO World Heritage site.You will be captivated by the authenticity and tranquility of the garden and terrace, which offer a breathtaking view of the Loire River. After months of renovation, the Lodging House of the Bargemen is ready to open its doors, offering carefully decorated accommodations that respect the charm of the surrounding environment.
The main house of the building consists of three guest rooms, each uniquely decorated with imagination and attention to detail. Additionally, the fully renovated Boatmen's Cottage provides a comfortable and independent stay.
Conveniently located near various amenities, you can easily explore the diverse restaurants, bars, and markets of Chalonnes-sur-Loire on foot. The local markets, held on Tuesdays and Saturdays, are the largest in the Maine-et-Loire region, boasting over a hundred vendors.

This delightful cottage is perfect for families, friends, or groups of up to six people. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with an induction plate, oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Additionally, guests have free access to the laundry room for washing and drying. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious living room, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160x200) and a single bed (80x200), as well as a shower room and separate toilet. The second floor features another bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (80x200). You can also take advantage of the beautiful wooded garden and terraces that offer stunning views of the Loire River.
