Located in the eastern end of the Valley of the Kings, our charming guest house is situated in a convenient location, just a short distance from Orleans to the southeast and Sancerre to the north. Only 150 km south of Paris, it is easily accessible within a one-hour drive from Fontainebleau. The picturesque setting on the banks of the Loire River, between Gien and Briare, adds to the appeal of our property.Featuring 2 rooms, 2 suites, and 2 gites, our accommodation options are designed to cater to your comfort and convenience. Our separate guest house is nestled amidst ancient trees and boasts a delightful park that stretches down to the Loire River. Originally built in the 18th century, the manor house has been tastefully renovated in 2001, preserving its wonderful old "Mansart" style.
With independent car parking and entrances, you will enjoy complete freedom during your stay. Our guests are always welcome to explore and relax in the 7-acre park, which offers a serene environment with mature trees, colorful flowers, and various amenities such as deckchairs, tables, and outdoor games for children. Tennis and table tennis facilities are also available for your enjoyment.
For nature enthusiasts, a private path of 300 meters leads to the Loire River, providing an excellent starting point for scenic walks or bike rides. We offer additional services such as babysitting and bike rentals, and we are happy to accommodate well-behaved animals within certain restrictions. Please note that our property is a non-smoking environment.

Located on the ground floor of a charming Loire Valley house, this quaint 40m2 apartment offers a private entrance and can accommodate up to 2 guests. The apartment boasts three windows that provide beautiful views of the park, facing east and south.The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140x190cm). The living room is furnished with Louis-Philippe antique furniture and includes a television. For separate sleeping arrangements, there is an additional single bed (90x190cm). The en-suite shower room and toilet are compact yet private.
A well-equipped kitchen corner is available, complete with a fridge, gas cooker, microwave, and all necessary dishes and utensils. Free WiFi is accessible throughout the apartment.
Outside, guests have their own private garden with a barbecue, table, chairs, and deck-chairs to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The property also offers direct access to the Loire River via a private lane.
Guests have access to a shared fitness room upon request. Additionally, laundry facilities including washing and drying services are available for a small fee, with soap included. Convenient car parking is provided within the estate.
